Learn Yoga techniques and practices to use throughout your life to stay fit, calm and balanced.  You will learn how to start at you own level and to modify the postures to make Yoga work for you.  All levels and abilities are welcome.Yoga Instructor Gerri Jardine is the owner of Bloom Yoga Therapy in Essex, is a devoted Yogi in the tradition of inclusiveness with a deep love of the practice and its inherent health benefits.

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM    Boating Certification Course - Boat Certification. Session 1
1-Day Combination Safe Boating & Personal Watercraft Safety CertificationA complete, updated safe boating certification course taught in one (8 hour) day.  This class includes the newest requirement for towing skiers and tubes and is an easy to understand format designed for students age 12 and over.  PRIOR TO TAKING THIS CLASS each student should create an account online at https://ct.aspirafocus.com/internetsales and click the START button.  Create an account if you don't already have one and then print the page that includes your Conservation ID number and bring it to class.  Once we have entered your score in the DEEP system you will use your account to purchase and print the certificate after class.
