Field hockey stick and ball
This program will be an introduction to field hockey basics.  Participants will learn the rules of the game and how to pass, dribble and shoot.  This program will be a fun introduction to an amazing international sport!

  • Girls are welcome to bring their own sticks, but sticks, balls and mouth guards will be available for use during the program.
  • Please send your child with shin guards to help prevent injury.
