Have fun while exercising to the music as you increase your muscular strength, flexibilty and range of motion.
No Class February 18th.
- You will benefit from both upper and lower body workouts. Our upper body workouts uses hand weights and resistance bands in addition to improving your core condition. Your lower body workout will focus on balance, flexibility and improving leg strength as well as good posture and stretching.
- You'll socialize and make new friends as you improve your overall fitness and health.
