Aerobic Fitness for Seniors, Quarter 1, Session 2
This class is for more mobile seniors and involves more movement. Standing, sitting and moving to choreograph steps will help improve your overall fitness.

- Stretching will also be incorporated throughout the class to enhance overall flexibility.
- Our class offers upper and lower body resistance training as well as cardiovascular endurance.
- Combine this with core conditioning and you'll gain additional strength, stability and balance.
